Hi here are some lay outs that might work there.

1 Person Office

The desk is an L shape 6'x6' with a 36" round table.

2 People Office

The divider panels are 53" high.
once you approved the lay out I can search for the panels.
So far we can get some refurbished panels with new fabric in blue color.

5 People Office

The L shaped desk are based on 6' x 5' on the return side we might have to cut one of the returns to a smaller size. 
the total area is 15'2"(182") the desk alone are 15' (180") the panels add 9" and there is only 2" left.
so we would have to cut 3.5' out of 2 desks to make them fit.
The other desk will be 6' long x30" deep

Lobby

The first layout is with 2 book cases to display magazines or you many Pizza awards!
the second is just in case you don't want the bookcases. 
The final look of the sofa, chair or table will be what you choose at a later time.
again all these are just give you an idea what to do in that area.
