Here is another option to bring Power& Data to the tables
On an open environment.
We can use low height  pre-owned panels with free standing legs
Around  $300 per panel installed.
Includes (Free Standing Feet/Power Track/(4) Duplex Finished Ends and a Jumper Cable)
Power poles are $250/Base feeds are $125
a 10 pack of tables will need a length of 30' 
(6) 48" panels = 24'
(2) 36" panels = 6'
 8 panels x 300 $ 2,400 /power pole $250
Subtotal: $2,700 installed and delivered plus sales tax.
