Here are some figures to give you an idea how much it can cost to move and disposed of your furniture.
Move and dispose
Move furniture from the existing location on a second floor to a new location (TBD) and probably a second floor as well.
Denis will choose all the furniture to be moved (like the ones on the pictures below)
The move can cost from $7,000 - $10-,000 for a few trucks and a crew of 7-10 people.
Once all the furniture chosen by Denis is moved to the new place.
The charge for the disposal of the left over furniture will depend on what is left.
It can cost from $3,600 up to $4,000. This charge Includes labor,logistics and disposal fees.
Plus pulling the data cable from the server room to the desks.
(Usually the data going to the offices and conference rooms remain as is.)
You can allocate $14,000 for this job (just In case) but it will be less than that.

Disposal and Decommissioned of the furniture
This option can cost you;
(A) We can try to sell it to a dealer on our network (Be prepared they pay peanuts because the logistic and labor are a deal killer)
At this time there are lots of surplus office furniture around the Bay Area and more in the north bay
Most dealers are charging to remove the furniture instead of buying.
(B) NOTHING if we can locate some one in our network that can pay us to brake down and move it to their location.
We will brake it down and load on a trailers so it can be haul away to far locations or move it on trucks locally.
(C) We could buy it for $1.00 and you can write the cost of your furniture as a business loss on your taxes.
We will take care of clean up and sort put what we can re-sell and disposed of the rest of the furniture.
